Please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be processed, produced, and delivered.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, order volume, and carrier delays, but we always work hard to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Return & Replacement Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, we’re here to help.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

• You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

• Email us at internationista@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the defect or damage

What’s Covered

We offer refunds or free replacements for:

• Items that arrive damaged

• Items with clear manufacturing errors

• Inaccurate printing or incorrect products

What’s Not Covered

• Buyer’s remorse (change of mind)

• Wrong size or color ordered by mistake

• Normal wear and tear

Processing Your Claim

Once your request is received, we will review the photos and details. If approved, we will issue either:

• A replacement item at no additional cost, or

• A refund for the affected item

We may request additional details if needed to verify the issue.
